Happy Halloween!
Coulson Out and About
It’s Friday – and Halloween! And NaNoWriMo Eve! It’s also 54 degrees outside and without the sun (yay, cloud), it’s pretty cold out there.  So to brighten your day (or, at least mine), here’s Funko Pop Phil out running about this morning, preparing for hiding out during tricks-or-treats, and gearing up for the midnight start of National Novel Writing Month by reading Chris Baty’s revised, updated and expanded No Plot? No Problem!.
Also, you have nine hours left to sign up to write a novel in November! If you’re itching to do something crazy creative for the month, head over to nanowrimo.org – 300,000 of your closest friends will be writing along with you this November!
Yes, I’m one of those 300,000. : )
Fall 2014
I’m spending too much time inside, lately. A lot of my view of fall has been from the kitchen slider window. I keep expecting to wake up and find all the leaves have fallen off or blown away, but the trees continue to flame out in color. But I’ve escaped the house a few times to get a look at the trees.
5pm Rain Storm
It’s 5pm on a Tuesday and it’s pouring outside. Yellow leaves are raining down from the trees on the hill behind our house. The windows are open. I’m sitting in front of the kitchen slider with my hoodie on, typing up my writing notes from earlier today. It’s kind of a perfect evening.
